Vitamin Yang Baik Untuk Ibu Hamil

FERROUS FORMATE - pil zat besi, utk tambah darah, elak anemia (kurang darah, pucat).  Tapi kalau ambik ni, adakala tahi akan berwarna hitam dan boleh sebabkan sembelit, so kena banyak minum air dan olah diet mengikut keperluan badan agar serat, air, lain2 zat tambahan cukup.

Pengambilan Ferrous Formate adalah digalakkan disekaliguskan dengan Vitamin C agar penyerapan lebih berkesan.
 
VITAMIN B COMPLEX pulak, penting kerana ia mempunyai kebaikan untuk segala keperluan tambahan yang diperlukan oleh tubuh kita, membantu segala proses luar dan dalam badan macam good for the hair, skin, nail,  tambah energy, elak stress dan keletihan, bagus untuk otak, membantu proses penghadaman yang betul dan sihat.
